Tristin is lucky to work, play, and write on the unceded traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples. She acknowledges with respect the Songhees, Esquimalt, and WSÁNEĆ peoples, the first storytellers of this land whose historical relationships with it continue to this day. She is grateful to the original and rightful stewards of the territory where she lives.
